About us:  The Flagstaff Youth Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of young people in northern Arizona. Through strong partnerships with schools and local organizations, the Foundation provides youth with access to educational resources, enriching sports opportunities, and life-changing scholarships. By focusing on both classroom achievement and athletic engagement, the Flagstaff Youth Foundation helps young people build the confidence, skills, and leadership to thrive in all areas of life. 

Mission:   The Flagstaff Youth Foundation partners with schools and community organizations to empower young people through strong academics, enriching sports opportunities, and life-changing scholarships. The organization is dedicated to fostering character, leadership, and opportunity—supporting the full development of youth in the classroom, on the field, and throughout their communities. 

Vision: The Flagstaff Youth Foundation envisions a community where every young person—regardless of background—has the opportunity to succeed academically, grow through sports, and develop into a confident, capable leader.
